The academy runs on a small staff and a large circle of volunteers — translators, moderators, note-takers, and quiet helpers who keep the doors open for the next person. يعمل المعهد بطاقمٍ صغيرٍ ودائرةٍ كبيرةٍ من المتطوّعين — مترجمون، ومشرفون، ومدوّنو ملاحظات، ومُعينون هادئون يُبقون الأبواب مفتوحةً لمن يأتي بعد.

Not everyone can endow a course. But almost everyone has a skill the academy can use — an hour of translation, an evening moderating a live class, a careful eye on a transcript. These contributions are not small; they are how a free academy stays free. ليس كلُّ أحدٍ يقدر أن يقف دورة. لكنّ كلَّ أحدٍ تقريبًا لديه مهارةٌ ينتفع بها المعهد — ساعةُ ترجمة، أو ليلةُ إشرافٍ على صفٍّ مباشر، أو عينٌ دقيقةٌ على نصّ. وهذه المساهماتُ ليست صغيرة؛ بل هي كيف يبقى المعهدُ المجّانيّ مجّانًا.

  • Translation الترجمة

    Render answers and Companion letters into Urdu, French, Bahasa, Turkish, and more. The most-needed role, and the most far-reaching. نقلُ الإجابات ورسائل «الرفيق» إلى الأرديّة والفرنسيّة والإندونيسيّة والتركيّة وغيرها. أكثرُ الأدوار حاجةً، وأبعدُها أثرًا.

  • Live-class moderation الإشراف على الصفوف المباشرة

    Hold the chat in adab during a live session — greet arrivals, surface good questions, keep it calm. ~90 minutes, once a week. احفظ المحادثة في أدبٍ أثناء الجلسة — حيِّ القادمين، وأبرِز الأسئلة الجيّدة، وأبقِها هادئة. نحو ٩٠ دقيقة، مرّةً في الأسبوع.

  • Transcript review مراجعة النصوص

    Read an auto-generated transcript against the audio and fix what the machine missed. Quiet, flexible, done from anywhere. اقرأ نصًّا مُولَّدًا آليًّا مقابل الصوت وصحّح ما فات الآلة. هادئٌ، مرنٌ، يُؤدَّى من أيّ مكان.

  • Community support دعم المجتمع

    Answer new seekers’ practical questions — “how do I join?”, “where is the recording?” — with patience and warmth. أجِب أسئلة الطلّاب الجدد العمليّة — «كيف أنضمّ؟»، «أين التسجيل؟» — بصبرٍ ودفء.

How it works. كيف يجري الأمر.

Tell us what you can offer and how much time you have. We match you with a role, pair you with someone who already does it, and you begin small. There is no minimum commitment beyond following through on what you take. أخبِرنا بما تقدر أن تُقدّمه وكم لديك من وقت. نُطابقك بدور، ونُقرنك بمن يفعله أصلًا، فتبدأ صغيرًا. ولا التزامَ أدنى سوى أن تُتمّ ما تأخذه.
