A reservation is a piece of mail we will send to a real address. We need one account before the form. No password is required up front — a magic link is fine. الحجزُ بريدٌ سنُرسله إلى عنوانٍ حقيقيّ. نحتاج حسابًا واحدًا قبل النموذج. ولا تلزم كلمةُ مرورٍ ابتداءً — يكفي رابطٌ سحريّ.

02 ٠٢ The form النموذج
Six fields. Nothing the scholar would not ask in person. ستّةُ حقول. لا شيءَ ما كان الشيخُ ليسأله وجهًا لوجه.
The intention prompt is optional and never read by anyone but the teacher. Time zone is auto-detected from the browser; the seeker can override. Notification preferences default to the gentlest setting. حقلُ النيّة اختياريّ ولا يقرؤه إلّا المعلّم. والمنطقةُ الزمنيّة تُكتشَف من المتصفّح، ويمكن تغييرها. وتفضيلاتُ التنبيه على أرفق الإعدادات.

03٠٣ The confirmation التأكيد
Your seat is held. Nothing else to do today. مقعدُك محفوظ. لا شيءَ آخر اليوم.
Quiet and dignified — not a confetti burst. A clear receipt of what is held, a soft path into “what now,” and an honest pointer to the Scholars Fund (never the first thing, never the loudest). هادئٌ كريم — لا انفجارَ احتفال. إيصالٌ واضحٌ بما حُفظ، وطريقٌ رفيقٌ إلى «وماذا الآن»، وإشارةٌ صادقةٌ إلى صندوق العلماء (لا أوّلًا، ولا أعلى صوتًا).

Most seekers reserve weeks or months before the term begins. This is the page they land on when they sign in during that quiet stretch — a held-seat receipt, a countdown without nagging, and the rest of the academy’s life to read and listen to. يحجز أكثرُ الطلّاب قبل بدء الفصل بأسابيعَ أو شهور. وهذه الصفحةُ يهبطون عليها حين يدخلون في تلك الفترة الهادئة — إيصالُ مقعدٍ محفوظ، وعدٌّ تنازليٌّ بلا إلحاح، وسائرُ حياة المعهد للقراءة والاستماع.

Plain text feel, scholar’s voice, no marketing chrome. The receipt is held in a single bracketed block. The CTA is informational, not begging for a click.
